Installation Guide

Tap "Install eSIM"

Go to your Dashboard and tap the "Install eSIM" button. This will automatically open your iPhone Settings app and start the setup wizard.

Follow the Screen Prompts

Tap "Continue" and verify the installation. You can label your new plan "Travel" or "Synpas".

Enable Data Roaming

Go to Settings > Cellular > Synpas eSIM and ensure "Data Roaming" is turned ON. This is required to connect to local networks.

Common questions

Does my phone support eSIM?
Most iPhones from XR and XS onward and many recent Android flagships support eSIM. Your phone also needs to be carrier-unlocked.
When does it activate?
Your plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination, not when you buy it.
Can I use it as my main number?
Synpas plans are built for data. You can keep your primary SIM active for calls and texts while using the eSIM for travel data.
What networks does it use?
Synpas connects through local partner networks and supports 5G/4G and LTE where the device, plan, and destination network all allow it.
What happens when data runs out?
The plan stops passing data once the allowance is exhausted. You can then buy another plan or switch to a broader regional or global option.
My internet isn't working
1. Ensure Data Roaming is turned ON for your Synpas eSIM.
2. Check that Synpas is selected as the source for Cellular Data.
3. Toggle "Airplane Mode" on and off to reset the connection.
4. Restart your phone.
